Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records

Official abstract: Pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974, and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular No. A-108, notice is hereby given that the United States Department of Justice (Department or DOJ) Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) proposes to develop a new system of records titled "DEA Inventory Tracking Records," which will serve as the repository of inventory management records at certain warehouse and depot locations. JUSTICE/DEA-023 combines user information from various data sources to provide an authoritative record at central warehouse locations to manage equipment distribution and lifecycle administration for different types of equipment.
