Removal of Obsolete References to “Water Carriers”; Correction

Official abstract: In a final rule published in the Federal Register on February 19, 2026, FMCSA amended its regulations to remove obsolete references to "water carriers" in the FMCSA regulations (FMCSRs). The final rule contained an error in the amendatory instructions. The Agency corrects this error.
