Official abstract: In accordance with regulations implementing the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA) as amended, notification is hereby given that NMFS has issued an incidental harassment authorization (IHA) to the Port of San Francisco (PSF) to take marine mammals incidental to construction activities for the Mission Bay Ferry Landing (MBFL) Project in San Francisco Bay (SFB), California (CA).
