Safety Zones; Annual Events in the Captain of the Port Eastern Great Lakes Zone

Official abstract: The Coast Guard is proposing to amend existing regulations relating to safety zones that occur annually in Captain of The Port Zone Eastern Great Lakes. This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on these navigable waters. We invite your comments on this proposed rulemaking.
