Standards for Business Practices of Interstate Natural Gas Pipelines

Official abstract: The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission amends its regulations to incorporate by reference, as mandatory enforceable requirements, revisions to three of the Version 4.0 Standards for Business Practices of Interstate Natural Gas Pipelines adopted by the Wholesale Gas Quadrant (WGQ) of the North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB). These revisions are designed to streamline the process for accessing publicly available gas-electric coordination data during extreme cold weather or emergency events.
