Air Plan Approval; SC; Department Name Change

Official abstract: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of South Carolina on July 23, 2025. The proposed revision updates all references to reflect the restructuring of South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) to the South Carolina Department of Public Health and the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services (DES).
