Official abstract: OSHA is scheduling a series of informal public hearings on the above-listed proposed rules. The public hearings will begin on August 19, 2026. All of the proposed rules listed in this notice were published in the Federal Register on July 1, 2025, except for the Walking-Working Surfaces proposal, which was published on April 6, 2026.
