Safety Zone; Maumee River, Perrysburg, OH

Official abstract: The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for certain navigable waters of the Maumee River within a 375-yard radius of Rapids Road in Perrysburg, OH. The safety zone is needed to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards during a fireworks event. This rulemaking prohibits entry of vessels or persons into this safety zone during enforcement periods unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port Detroit.
