Official abstract: On May 13, 2026, Reliant Transportation Group, LLC (Reliant); TIP MNC Acquisition, LLC; TIP MN Investments LP; and Tiger Infrastructure Partners Fund IV AIV LP (collectively, Applicants) filed an application seeking authority to acquire, from Thomas L. Hey and James A. Hey (collectively, Sellers), control of two federally regulated interstate passenger motor carriers: Southwest Coaches, Inc. (Southwest Coaches), and Minnesota Motor Bus, Inc. (Minnesota Motor Bus) (collectively, Additional Carriers). The Board is tentatively approving and authorizing the proposed transaction. If no opposing comments are timely filed, this notice will be the final Board action.
