Sunset Provisions

Official abstract: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) invites public input to inform its implementation of Executive Order (E.O.) 14270, "Zero-Based Regulatory Budgeting to Unleash American Energy." The E.O. directs the NRC to offer the public opportunity to comment on the costs and benefits of certain regulations that the NRC has identified to be sunset.
