Official abstract: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35), the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) invites public comment on the renewal of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for an existing information collection for Build America, Buy America (BABA) Waiver Data Collection. This information collection is entitled "Optional Form OF-2211 BUILD AMERICA BUY AMERICA WAIVER REQUEST DATA COLLECTION."
