Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records

Official abstract: Pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974, notice is hereby given that VA is modifying a system of records in its inventory titled, Beneficiary Fiduciary Field System (BFFS)-VA (37VA27). This system contains records used for the administration of benefits regarding beneficiaries who VA or a court has deemed unable to manage their financial affairs.
