Notice of Intent To Prepare a Resource Management Plan Amendment and Environmental Impact Statement for the Proposed Mosey Solar Project, Clark and Nye Counties, Nevada

Official abstract: In compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969, as amended, and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act (FLPMA) of 1976, as amended, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Nevada State Director intends to prepare a Resource Management Plan (RMP) Amendment with an associated Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Mosey Solar Project, located in the Southern Nevada District, Las Vegas and Pahrump Field Offices and by this notice is announcing the beginning of the scoping period to solicit public comments, identify issues, and provide the planning criteria for public review.
