Official abstract: Notice is hereby given by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 10, of a prospective purchaser settlement agreement embodied in an "Administrative Settlement Agreement with Prospective Purchaser and Covenants Not to Sue," with EPA, and the prospective purchaser, Portland Botanical Gardens ("Purchaser"). This agreement provides for the payment of certain response costs incurred by the United States at or in connection with the property located at 6900 N. Edgewater Street in Portland, Oregon, which is part of the McCormick & Baxter Creosoting Company Superfund Site.
