Pipeline Safety: Standards Update-ASTM D2513

Official abstract: PHMSA is confirming the effective date for a DFR published in the Federal Register on April 24, 2026. The DFR amended PHMSA's regulations at 49 CFR part 192 to incorporate by reference the updated industry standard ASTM D2513, Standard Specification for Polyethylene (PE) Gas Pressure Pipe, Tubing, and Fittings.
