Official abstract: In this document, the Federal Communications Commission ("FCC" or "Commission") adopted a Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking that seeks comment on proposed rules intended to make the Emergency Alert System (EAS) and Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) more resilient, flexible, and useful.
