Updates and Amendments to the Civil Service Rules

Official abstract: Pursuant to the President's direction in Executive Order 14410, Implementing Schedule Policy/Career in the Excepted Service, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is issuing a direct final rule to update and amend obsolete and outdated provisions of the Civil Service Rules that do not substantively affect agency operations.
