Official abstract: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued an order approving the indirect transfer of control of Radioactive Materials License No. 39-35044-01, License Nos. DPR-43, DPR-73, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation general license No. 40, as well as Export Licenses XW010 and XW018 from EnergySolutions, LLC to ECP VI, LLC and its ultimate parent, Bridgepoint Group, PLC. The indirect transfer reflects an upstream change in ownership of the holding company of Energy Solutions.
