Official abstract: The FAA is considering a request from the Mobile Airport Authority (MAA) to waive the requirement that 0.4034<plus-minus> acres of airport property located in the northern area of the Mobile Regional Airport and along the northeast corner of Foster Road and Tanner Williams Road in Mobile, Alabama, be used for aeronautical purposes.
