Official abstract: This policy articulates the core principles of the Department of Housing and Urban Development's evaluation and research activities. This notice updates the Department's Evaluation Policy and reaffirms HUD's commitment to conducting rigorous, relevant evaluations, adhering to the tenets of Executive Order 14303, "Restoring Gold Standard Science," and using evidence from evaluations to inform policy and practice.
