Official abstract: In accordance with subsection (e)(12) of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), is providing notice of the re-establishment of a matching program between CMS and the Do Not Pay Working System, which is administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Bureau of Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service).
