Rescission Notice; Upper Price River Watershed Project, Carbon County, Utah

Official abstract: The NRCS Utah State Office, in coordination with Price City, is rescinding the Notice of Intent (NOI) to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Upper Price River Watershed Project, Carbon County, Utah, which was published in the Federal Register on June 3, 2021. NRCS has determined that the NOI was issued prior to confirming viable alternatives and need for an EIS.
