Safety Zone; St. Lawrence River, Massena, NY

Official abstract: The Coast Guard is establishing two temporary safety zones for U.S. navigable waters on the St. Lawrence River in the vicinity of Massena, New York. The safety zones are needed to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards associated with the replacement of overhead electrical transmission wires crossing the St. Lawrence River. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port, Sector Eastern Great Lakes, or their designated representative.
