Safety Standard for Lithium-Ion Batteries Used in Micromobility Products and Electrical Systems of Micromobility Products Containing Such Batteries

Official abstract: The Consumer Product Safety Commission (Commission or CPSC) is providing an opportunity for interested parties to present oral comments on the notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) the Commission issued for a safety standard for lithium-ion batteries. Oral presentations must be limited to matters within the scope of the NPRM. Any oral comments will become part of the rulemaking record.
