Official abstract: As part of our continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, and as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Federal Maritime Commission (Commission or FMC) invites comments on a web portal to collect information from the public regarding comments, complaints, concerns, reports of noncompliance, requests for investigation, and requests for alternative dispute resolution. The collection implements certain provisions of the Ocean Shipping Reform Act of 2022.
