Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records

Official abstract: The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is rescinding two systems of records from its existing inventory of systems of records subject to the Privacy Act of 1974. The FDIC systems of records titled FDIC-001, Honors Attorney Applicant Records, and FDIC-011, Corporate Applicant Recruiting, Evaluating, and Electronic Referral Records, were established to support the recruiting and evaluating of applicants for FDIC employment. FDIC-001 and FDIC-011 are being rescinded because they have been identified as duplicative of a government-wide system of records notice published by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management.
