Official abstract: On August 31, 2026, Reliant Transportation Group, LLC (Reliant); TIP MNC Acquisition, LLC; TIP MN Investments LP; and Tiger Infrastructure Partners Fund IV AIV LP (collectively, Applicants) filed an application seeking authority to acquire, from Jane M. Stiles and Thomas W. Stiles (collectively, Sellers), control of two federally regulated interstate passenger motor carriers: Safe-Way Bus Co. (Safe- Way Bus) and Safe-Way Wisconsin, Inc. (Safe-Way Wisconsin) (collectively, Additional Carriers). The Board is tentatively approving and authorizing the proposed transaction. If no opposing comments are timely filed, this notice will be the final Board action.
