Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records

Official abstract: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 8 (R8) is giving notice that it proposes to rescind a system of records pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act. The Libby Asbestos Exposure Assessment Records System of Records is being rescinded because R8 is no longer using the System as defined in the Privacy Act.
