Official abstract: Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Farm Credit Administration (FCA or Agency) is rescinding the System of Records Notice, FCA-13-- Correspondence Files--FCA. This information system is used to track incoming and outgoing correspondence, draft correspondence, and other memoranda, and is duplicative of information maintained in another system of records, FCA-5--Assignments and Communication Tracking System--FCA.
