Official abstract: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Torraspapel S.A. (Torraspapel), made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), November 1, 2023, through October 31, 2024. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.
