Official abstract: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Nippon Steel Corporation (NSC) did not sell subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), December 1, 2023, through November 30, 2024. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.
