Certain Paper Plates From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Circumvention of the Antidumping Duty and Countervailing Duty Orders

Official abstract: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that imports of certain paper plates (paper plates), completed in the Kingdom of Cambodia (Cambodia) using paperboard produced in the People's Republic of China (China), are circumventing the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on paper plates from China. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.
