Light-Walled Rectangular Pipe and Tube From the People's Republic of China, Mexico, the Republic of Korea, and the Republic of Türkiye: Continuation of Antidumping Duty Orders and Countervailing Duty Order

Official abstract: As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders and countervailing duty (CVD) order on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube (light- walled pipe and tube) from the People's Republic of China (China) (AD/ CVD), Mexico (AD), the Republic of Korea (Korea) (AD) and the Republic of T[uuml]rkiye (T[uuml]rkiye) (AD) would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping, countervailable subsidies, and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of these AD and CVD orders.
