Unleashing the Power of Unlicensed Ultra-Wideband Devices; Petition of Robert Bosch LLC for Amendment of the Part 15 Subpart F Ultra-Wideband Rules; and Petition of Alliance for Automative Innovation et al. To Amend Part 15 of the FCC's Rules To Permit the Operation of Certain Ultra-Wideband Devices

As capabilities of UWB have expanded, the existing rules have not kept pace with the technological change, resulting in an increasing number of waiver requests received by the Commission to authorize modern devices. The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking seeks comment on revisions intended to modernize the UWB framework, provide greater flexibility for future applications, promote continued innovation, and ensure the protection of incumbent federal and non-federal spectrum users.

Improving Transparency Into Pharmacy Benefit Manager Fee Disclosure

Official abstract: The Department is issuing a final regulation that will require providers of pharmacy benefit management services and affiliated providers of brokerage and consulting services to disclose information about their compensation to fiduciaries of large, self-insured group health plans subject to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). Pharmacy spending is a major driver of overall healthcare costs for employers and is growing faster than medical and surgical spending. These disclosure requirements apply for purposes of ERISA's statutory prohibited transaction exemption for service arrangements under section 408(b)(2). These disclosures are needed so that fiduciaries can assess the reasonableness of contracts or arrangements with these service providers, including the reasonableness of the service providers' compensation. As directed in section 12 of President Trump's Executive Order 14273, Lowering Drug Prices by Once Again Putting Americans First, the Department is issuing this rule to improve employer health plan transparency into the direct and indirect compensation received by pharmacy benefit managers. Emergency Clearance: Public Information Collection Requirements Submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB)

Official abstract: The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is requesting that an information collection request revision for the Review Choice Demonstration or Home Health Services (CMS-10599/0938- 1311) processed under the emergency clearance process associated with the implementing regulations of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). Public harm is reasonably likely to occur if normal, non- emergency clearance procedures are followed. The approval of this data collection process is essential to ensure that the Review Choice Demonstration (RCD) for Home Health (HH) Services is expanded to California within the specified timeframe. A delay in the expansion means an extended time the public will be harmed through the continuation of significant fraud found in the traditional Medicare home health benefit in California through the waste of taxpayer money, a loss of funds from the Medicare Trust Funds that could have been used for truly needed care, paying for care that is never delivered, and beneficiaries potentially receiving non-medically necessary care. Under the PRA, federal agencies are required to publish notice in the Federal Register concerning each proposed ICR. Interested persons are invited to send comments regarding our burden estimates or any other aspect of this ICR including the necessity and utility of the proposed ICR for the proper performance of the agency's functions, the accuracy of the estimated burden, ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected and the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology to minimize the information collection burden.
